Fresh Mango-Habanero Salsa

Fresh Mango-Habanero Salsa


2 Mangoes, peeled and diced

1 red sweet pepper, chopped

½ red onion, diced

1 jalapeño, seeded and diced

1 habanero peppers, diced and seeded (leave a few seeds in for more heat)

⅓ cup cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons of Bonne Maman Mango-Peach Preserves

2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice


Combine the diced mango, sweet pepper, jalapeño, habanero and cilantro. Combine thoroughly.

Stir in Bonne Maman Mango-Peach preserve. It should lightly coat the entire mixture. Add more as necessary.

Drizzle fresh lime juice on top. Serve immediately, or keep chilled until ready to serve.
