Hanukkah Easy Four Fruits Sufganiyot
Step 1: Bring the prepared dough to room temperature, on a floured surface flatten dough rounds to 1/2 inch thick for an even cook.
Step 2: Bring 2 inches of oil to 360 degrees in a pot.
Step 3: Fry the dough till evenly deep brown on both sides. Keep an eye on the oil temperature. Transfer donut to a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Coat with sugar.
Step 4: Using a squeeze bottle or small tipped pastry bag, fill the donuts with Bonne Maman Four Fruits Preserves.
