Make your inner child smile with this marshmallow, peanut butter, crispy rice cereal, and Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserves easy-to-make treat!
- 1 12 oz box crispy rice cereal (about 12 cups)
- 1 16 oz package marshmallows (about 8 cups)
- 4 oz (1 stick) butter
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 jar Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserves
Line a 13×18” baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray or lightly grease with butter
Melt the marshmallows and peanut butter together in the microwave or over low heat on the stovetop, stirring frequently until smooth. Stir in the cereal until well mixed. Press firmly into the prepared baking sheet to fill the entire sheet evenly. Set aside to cool completely.
Cut into squares and then cut each square into two thin layers. Spread one half of the marshmallow squares with Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserves and then top each with the other square. Best served shortly after assembly.
