Strawberry Cheesecake Crepes

Serve a decadent breakfast with some Strawberry Cheesecake Crepes topped off with the homemade taste of Bonne Maman Strawberry Preserves.

Ingredients: Crepes Batter

  • 1 ½ Cups milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ Cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • 6 tbsp. Butter (melted)
  • Bonne Maman® Strawberry Preserves (for topping)


In a blender, add together (in this order) the milk, egg yolks, vanilla, flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter.

Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth, stopping to scrape sides.

Heat crepe pan over medium heat, until hot. Coat with oil.

Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into pan and tip or spread to move batter to edges in a thin layer.

When bubbles form on the top and edges are dry, flip over and cook until lightly browned with golden edges. Repeat with remaining batter.

Ingredients: Cream cheese filling

  • 3 oz. Cream cheese (room temp)
  • ½ Cup sugar
  • ¼ Cup Heavy cream
  • Zest of one lemon


Beat all ingredients together until smooth, in a medium-sized bowl with wooden spoon.


Serve: Before folding, spread the crepe with cream cheese filling and Bonne Maman® Strawberry Preserves.
