Bonne Maman® Rapsberry Preserves provide the perfect fruit and natural sugars to help create these amazing Shortbread Bars!
- 2 Cups Bonne Maman® Raspberry Preserves
- 4 Cups flour
- 2 Cups butter
- 2 Cups sugar
- 2 Cups powdered sugar
- 2 Cups ground almonds
Combine butter and sugars. Slowly add flour and nuts. The dough will be crumbly. Press ¾ into 13×9 pan.
Bake 350° for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread Bonne Maman® Raspberry Preserves over hot crust.
Sprinkle remaining crumbly dough over preserves and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes, or until light brown.
