Fruit Spring Rolls

Fruit Spring Rolls (serves 6)

These colorful Fruit Spring Rolls are the perfect dessert for hot, sunny days. Make them even more flavorful by adding Bonne Maman® Apricot Preserves (or your favorite flavor) inside, or mix with some citrus juice to create a dipping sauce.


  • Six Sheets of rice paper (25cm)
  • 1 Pint of strawberries, sliced
  • 2-3 Kiwis, peeled and sliced in rounds
  • ½ Pint raspberries
  • 1 Lime
  • ½ Tsp. Chili flake (optional)
  • 1 Jar Bonne Maman® Apricot Preserves

Fruit Roll Instructions:

Wash and slice fruit accordingly. 

In a large bowl, add warm water and soak rice paper sheets (individually) for about 10 seconds. 

Remove from water when it just starts to soften. The rice paper sheet should be pliable, but still slightly firm, and will soften more while you fill it with fruit. 

Place the rice paper smooth side down on a cutting board.

Spread on a thin layer of Bonne Maman® Apricot Preserves and then place the fruit towards the middle of the sheet. Arrange any number of combinations from single fruit to a full mix. 

Roll up it—starting with folding the bottom wrapper over the filling to the middle and then folding in each side. Then continue to roll to seal. Take care to not tear the paper while folding.

Continue until all the sheets have been rolled. Chill if desired.

Dip Instructions:

In a small mixing bowl, add lime juice and zest to Bonne Maman® Apricot Preserves. Chill if desired. 

Dip and enjoy!
