Combine vinegar, oil, Dijon mustard, and Bonne Maman® Fig Preserves in a small jar. Cover and shake until combined and emulsified.In a bowl, toss arugula and vinaigrette mixture until greens are evenly coated.Spread butter lightly on bread. Neatly array dressed greens and top them with sliced fennel, tomato, avocado and feta. Spread additional preserves on the underside of the top half of the bread if you wish to have a sweeter, fruitier sandwich.
