Smooth sweetness atop a warm, flaky pastry. Treat the whole family to these delicious Breakfast Pastries with Bonne Maman®️ Fig Preserves.
- 1 Sheet puff pastry, thawed in the refrigerator
- 1 Jar Bonne Maman®️ Fig Preserves
- ½ Lemon zest
- 1 Tsp. vanilla paste
- 6 Figs, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
Preheat oven to 400° F
Portion puff pastry into six equal squares.
Slice an L shape into opposite corners of each portion about ¼ ” from each edge.
Fold one side into the other, just inside of the L.
Mix sliced figs, vanilla paste, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
Place 1 Tbsp. Bonne Maman®️ Fig Preserves in the center of each pastry.
Add the dressed, sliced figs.
Brush the pastry with heavy cream. Sprinkle with coarse sugar.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
