- 2 slices challah bread
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves
- ½ tablespoons melted butter
Preheat panini press to medium-high.
Spread cream cheese over one side of one of the challah slices and Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves over one side of one of the challah slices.
Place the slice with cream cheese on top of the one with preserves, cream cheese side facing the preserves.
Brush bread with melted butter on the outside.
Toast sandwich in the press until golden. Remove, cut in half and serve.
