Bloom yeast in the milk and let it sit until foamy.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the yeast/milk mixture, sugar, butter, 2 tsp salt, and eggs.
Add the flour 1 cup at a time.
The dough should be sticky, but add up to 2 cups of flour if it seems very loose.
Once fully incorporated, knead for approximately 8 minutes.
Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover, and rise in a warm place until doubled – about 1 hour.
Shape dough into a 12”x16” rectangle.
Spread Bonne Maman® Cranberry-Cherry Preserves over the dough and roll up tightly starting at a long end.
Cut roll into 12 pieces and place in a greased 9”x13” pan, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 350º.
Uncover the buns and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
Prepare the glaze by whisking together 2 cups of powdered sugar, cream, and a pinch of salt.
Add enough cream to make a runny texture.
When the buns have cooled to warm room temperature, drizzle with glaze.
