- 1/2 c crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 c Bonne Maman Fig Preserves
- 2-3 Fresh Figs, sliced thin Arugula
- 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Roll dough into two 10in crusts or one 14in crust.
Top dough with Bonne Maman Fig Preserves, crumbled goat cheese, and fresh fig slices. Bake in oven until crust is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove flatbreads from oven and immediately top with arugula. Cut and serve.
