- 1/2 banana, frozen
- Sliced banana for topping
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
- Fresh Blueberries for topping
- 2 Tbsp Bonne Maman Blueberry Fruit Spread
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp shaved coconut (optional)
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
Add coconut milk, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, Bonne Mamam Blueberry Fruit Spread, greek yogurt, and honey (optional) to a blender.
Blend until smooth. If too thick, add more coconut milk.
Pour blended mixture into a bowl. Garnish with banana slices, fresh blueberries, shaved coconut (optional), and a drizzle of honey (also optional).
