- 4 slices of bread
- 8 ounces whipped Feta
- 1/2 cup Mango-Peach Preserves
- 2 avocados, sliced
- Flaky salt
- Freshly cracked pepper
- 6 ounces feta
- 2 ounces whipped cream cheese, at room temp
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Cracked black pepper
Place feta and cream cheese into a food processor and combine. Begin drizzling in olive oil until fully smooth. Add kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
Turn on broiler (or alternatively warm toaster oven), and grill bread for 2-3 minutes until golden. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
Spread about two tablespoons of whipped feta over each slice of bread. Top with two tablespoons of Mango-Peach Preserves per piece. Add 1/2 avocado worth of slices per each slice. Season with flaky salt and freshly cracked pepper.
