2 oz faux-gin
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp Bonne Maman Four Fruits Preserves.
1 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp anise seeds
2 cups non alcoholic white wine
Rim a cocktail glass with sugar. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until combines. Strain into a glass and garnish with fruit.
1. Place the coriander and anise in a small frying pan over medium heat and cook until fragrant (3 mins). Remove from heat and place in medium bowl.
2. Zest the lemon and add to bowl. Add the wine and stir to combine. Cover the bowl and sit at room temperature for 3 hours.
