Bonne Maman INTENSE Easy Crepes

2 eggs

2 tablespoons canola oil

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

1 cup flour

1 1/3 cup milk

1 Jar of your favorite flavor(s) of Bonne Maman INTENSE Fruit Spread


Combine all ingredients, except Bonne Maman INTENSE, in a food processor, making sure the batter is smooth and clump free.

On medium high heat, lightly butter a large skillet.

Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, rotating the skillet until the batter is evenly distributed in at thin layer.

Cook until the edges of the crepe start to curl up and bubble, about 45 seconds.

Slide a thin, large spatula under the crepe, flip and cook for another 25 seconds.

Quickly remove from skillet, let cool and then spread with your favorite flavor of Bonne Maman INTENSE.

Repeat until you reach your desired stack of crepes.
