Preheat oven to 375°.
Heat preserves, mustard, and curry until preserves are melted (medium to low heat).
Dip washed and cleaned chicken breasts into the apricot mixture. Then, roll in the chopped nuts until chicken is evenly coated.
Place the coated chicken onto a greased baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
