- 1 Lb. Chicken breast
- 2 Cups Pineapple
- 4 Green peppers
- 4 Red peppers
- 4 Zucchinis
- ½ Red onion
- 1 Package 6” bamboo skewers
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- ½ Tsp. Chili flakes
- Grapeseed oil
- 1 Jar Bonne Maman® Pineapple-Passion Fruit Preserves
- Cut chicken, vegetables, and fruit into similarly sized large pieces and skewer in your preferred order.
- Season with salt and chili flakes, and drizzle with grapeseed oil.
- Grill, rotating the skewers and brushing repeatedly with Bonne Maman® Pineapple-Passion Fruit Preserves until all sides have developed a bit of char. About 7-9 minutes.
- Chicken is cooked when a meat thermometer reads 165*.
