Tropical Chicken Kebabs

Add some tangy, tropical flavor to your summer Chicken Kebabs with a delicious glaze made with Bonne Maman Pineapple-Passion Fruit Preserves.


  • 1 Lb. Chicken breast
  • 2 Cups Pineapple
  • 4 Green peppers
  • 4 Red peppers
  • 4 Zucchinis
  • ½ Red onion
  • 1 Package 6” bamboo skewers
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • ½ Tsp. Chili flakes
  • Grapeseed oil
  • 1 Jar Bonne Maman® Pineapple-Passion Fruit Preserves


  • Cut chicken, vegetables, and fruit into similarly sized large pieces and skewer in your preferred order.
  • Season with salt and chili flakes, and drizzle with grapeseed oil.
  • Grill, rotating the skewers and brushing repeatedly with Bonne Maman® Pineapple-Passion Fruit Preserves until all sides have developed a bit of char. About 7-9 minutes.
  • Chicken is cooked when a meat thermometer reads 165*.
