Boil water in a kettle. Put corned beef in a large pot and cover with boiling water. Bring to boil over high heat. Once boiling, lower heat, cover partially and simmer slowly for 3 hours, or until fork tender.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Whisk together Bonne Maman Orange Marmalade, mustard, maple syrup and spices in a bowl until well combined. When meat is cooked, remove from pot and drain. Put meat in a baking dish and coat thoroughly in orange marmalade mixture.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until glaze is crisp and brown. Serve hot or at room temperature.
