Bright flavors of strawberries combined with fresh, fluffy waffles in our recipe for INTENSE Strawberry Waffles. Enjoy in good company with a mug of piping hot coffee.
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup Bonne Maman INTENSE Strawberry Fruit Spread
Place the oats, cottage cheese, eggs, and salt in a blender. Process on high-speed until well-combined, about 30 seconds.
Heat the waffle iron. Lightly spray with non-stick spray or coat with oil. Cover the bottom of the waffle iron with batter, being careful not to overfill it.
Cook until the waffles are golden-brown, about 4-5 minutes, then transfer to a plate. Repeat this process with the remaining waffle batter.
Serve with Bonne Maman INTENSE Strawberry Fruit Spread and additional fresh strawberries for garnish. Note that these waffles are best when served warm and eaten fresh.
