Bonne Maman® Mini Skillet Cranberry-Cherry Cobbler

Create a seasonal dessert sensation with these Mini Skillet Cranberry-Cherry Cobblers—made with delicious Bonne Maman® Cranberry-Cherry preserves.

Crumble Topping Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup All-Purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, cold
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 3 oz Half and Half

Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 Jar Bonne Maman® Cranberry-Cherry Preserves


Preheat oven to 375°F

Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a food processor and pulse to combine.

Next, add the butter, using 1-second pulses until uniformly cut into the flour mixture. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, mix your egg yolk and half and half together. Add it into the dry mixture and mix until just combined. Dough should be a little shaggy. Divide into 6 roughly equal portions.

Grease six small cast iron skillets and place on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet.

Add approximately 3 tbsp of Bonne Maman Cranberry-Cherry Preserves and one portion of dough to each skillet.

Preheat oven to 375°F and bake until filling is bubbling and topping is golden brown (approximately 20 minutes).

Let cool for 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

Serves 6

Note: dough can be placed on top in a similar manner to either a dropped biscuit or shaped biscuit, as is your preference.
