- ⅓ cup Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves
- 3 lb boneless turkey breast
- ⅓ cup butter (softened)
- 1 tbsp mixed fresh poultry herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme)
Set oven to 375° F. Dry turkey breast and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Mix room temperature butter, Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves, and herbs.
Brush turkey breast with butter mixture. Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours until internal temp reaches 170° F. Brush with butter mixture every 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes, slice thickly, and serve.
