Create a sweet herb garden using your empty Bonne Maman jars. First, fill the jar with potting soil and add seeds or starts. Next, print out a label of the plant and stick it to the outside of the lid, then glue a popsicle stick on the back and watch your garden grow!
Supplies:
- Printer (Laserjet preferred)
- White card stock
- Water-resistant outdoor sealer or glue
- Bonne Maman lids
- Hot glue gun
- Popsicle sticks
- Scissors
- Paintbrush
Instructions:
Print out labels for the herbs that you want to plant. Cut out into circles and place them aside.
Clean the lids of empty Bonne Maman jars in a dishwasher or hand wash.
Add a light layer of the water-resistant outdoor sealer to the top of the lid.
Next place the cut out and add another layer of sealer.
Once the lids have dried use the hot glue gun to attach the popsicle stick to the back of the lid.
